Return Policy

You are entitled to cancel your entire order or certain items in your order within 14 days for a full refund.

You can send these unwanted items back to us via your choice of transport. Our customer care team is available to help at all times to help complete this process efficiently. You may contact our customer service team to arrange a return before sending any items back.

In order for the product(s) to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product(s) were purchased in the last 14 days
• The product(s) are in the original packaging
• The product(s) were not used or damaged

The following product(s) cannot be returned:

• Special Orders or Bespoke Items are not returnable.
• The supply of product(s) which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of product(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of product(s) which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• We also cannot accept returns on products that are not in their original packaging or have been damaged or altered in any way.
• We do not accept exchanges or returns on product(s) that have been used or installed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for product(s) that are damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable carrier company. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery.
