Do you arrange for a collection of the item?
For an item exchange, the customer has to send the unwanted items (except faulty or damaged) within 14 days of receiving your order. We do arrange to collect the item to be returned if the good received are faulty or damaged. Please note that this is a chargeable service. There is a minimum collection fee of approx. £30 (Excl. VAT) which is calculated based on size, weight and collection location of the product(s). Our Support agent will ask for the order number and the item that you want us to be collected.
For Faulty/Damaged Products
We will examine the returned product(s) and if the products meet our return condition, we will inform you via e-mail. We will process your refund at the earliest, but within 14 days of the day of the confirmation e-mail sent to you.
