Do you Exchange Product(s)?
We generally do not offer exchanges, but in rare cases, we may consider it. The Item must be exchanged for items of the same brand. We would require you to send us an email with your exchange request. You can contact our support team at support@buildworld.co.uk
Upon receipt of your email, we will coordinate with the supplier/manufacturer to see if an exchange is possible. If they agree there will be an exchange charge applicable, which will be different for every supplier. For any exchange the email should be sent within 14 days after delivery and the goods must be in saleable condition. Please read our return conditions to know more.
