I Want To Cancel My Order or Return A Product

You are entitled to cancel your entire order, or certail items in your order within 14 days for a full refund without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which, you received the product(s) or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

You can send these unwanted items back to us via your choice of transport. Our customer care team is available to help at all times to help complete this process efficiently. You may contact our customer service team to arrange a return before sending any items back.

Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, has not been installed, and is suitable for resale. When retuning the product back to us, ensure you do not write or stick anything on the product box.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been used, installed, or made-to-order(bespoke or special order products). We also cannot accept returns on products that are not in their original packaging or have been damaged or altered in any way.

For Returns, our customer service may ask you the reason for returns for feedback, quality and training purpose (optional). For returns and refunds you can contact us via email at support@buildworld.co.uk or you can fill up the form at our contact us page. Please read on how the products should be returned back to us.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for product(s) that are damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable carrier company. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery.
