What are the kinds of guarantees offered with your products?
Many of our products come with manufacturing of 12 months or longer and even ‘lifetime’ guarantees. The length of guarantee is detailed on the product page on our website. Every guarantee/warranty is subject to its terms, conditions and exclusions. Some of them may require you to register your guarantee with the manufacturer. In case a fault develops during the product’s lifespan, we advise your contact the manufacturer directly and claim under the terms of your guarantee.
As a reputed retailer, we ensure we sell only high quality products that are in line with their descriptions and efficient in performance. You may also directly contact us about any problem you may face, and we’ll help you to directly sort out of the problem either directly, or by liaising with the manufacturer for you.
We suggest you refrain from uninstalling any faulty items until you have been advised to do so. Products with an apparent fault can usually be resolved by replacing the faulty component, or by sending a technical person to investigate. We and our partners will not cover any refitting or associated costs where they were avoidable.
