My payment has failed
In cases where your payment has not gone through for any reason, you may try an alternative payment method. You can safely assume your order is accepted only if you get the order confirmation page and get the order confirmation email from us.
To ensure you don’t face an order decline, when ordering, its best to check certain details.
Check all the card details to enter the correct information, and also the security code (three digit number on the reverse of the card). Sometimes, the card issuer may decline your payment – if that’s the case then you will need to contact them.
If all of the above is fine, then simply try an alternative card. If you're concerned that the payment may have been declined due to an error with our site, you may email us, sharing the error message you received and we will resolve it as soon as possible, if the issue lies with us.
