My order has arrived damaged
We are sorry to know that this happened. We urge our customers to check the item at the time of delivery and notify us as soon as possible. The driver will wait so you can inspect the goods for damages (This is applicable for palletised delivery).
You must outline clearly the nature, location and the extent of damage and whether the packaging is also damaged. You must support this with images or video not more than 5 to 10mbs of the item and the condition of the packaging.
Once we receive this information, we will do our best to quickly resolve this issue.
