My order is missing some items!
Generally it is rare that your order will arrive with items missing. We therefore, recommend that you confirm if your order is coming in more than one shipment. The shipment details are provided during the checkout process, and will also reflect in your order confirmation email sent to you via email. You must also check if the item you are missing may be packaged within the box of another item. Our warehouse team may pack smaller items within the boxes of larger items.
Despite a thorough check, if you’re still sure an item is missing, you need to report it within 14 days of delivery.
