What is the process for registering a guarantee?

Many of our products we sell come with a guarantee (or warranty) provided by the manufacturer. This warranty/guarantee may range from a few years through to 'lifetime' and come with their own specific terms and conditions, and also have exclusions such as for 'wear and tear.' Warranties will not replace your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sale of Goods Act, or other relevant legislation

The details of the guarantee/warranty come with the product with documentation included with the product. You may also find the details on the brand/manufacturer’s website. Some manufacturers may ask you to register your warranty immediately after purchase. Its best to read all documentation provided with the products ordered from us. If you need assistance with this, then call us and we will be pleased to help.
