Can I request a delivery date?

Specific delivery dates can be requested, provided they are within or after the lead time suggested online.

We deliver Monday – Friday only. When placing your order, you can add your request in the delivery notes at checkout. Alternatively, you can get in touch with via email at orders@buildworld.co.uk or you can click on the chat button to inform us of the date you wish to have delivery. We will then confirm if we can complete the delivery on the requested date after liaising with the relevant transport department.

If your order is being sourced from our own stock and you wish to delay your delivery, we can hold stock for your order for 5 working days. After that, we cannot guarantee that the product(s) you order will be in stock when your delivery is due. This is because we are unable to reserve stock in branch, and orders are only picked and made ready for dispatch the day before delivery. This doesn't mean, we will not deliver your product. We will deliver the product after we have fresh new stock in our warehouse, but there may be a delay for few more days.

If the item is being sourced from a supplier, we will need to confirm with the supplier if they can hold the stock for your order. After confirmation, we will email you about the delivery status.
